CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, as long as we have not started production of your artwork. This usually gives you a 1 hour window after placing the order. Just contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to cancel it and give you a full refund

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED, OR I WAS SENT THE WRONG ITEM?
Every artwork is checked before being dispatched to ensure it’s up to the very best standards before being sent. But sometimes items can get damaged in transit, or slip through the net. If this is the case, just let us know within 14 days of the issue by completing our returns form and we’ll happily get a replacement sent out to you free of charge as part of our quality promise. It really helps if you send us a few photos of the damage or any other issues

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE THE PRINT I ORDERED?
Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll let you know how to return it, or arrange for a collection. Once it gets back to us, we’ll refund you (including your initial delivery charge, but minus any return or collection costs). To be eligible for a refund, the print must be unmarked and in the same condition that you received it

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE THE FRAMED PRINT I ORDERED?
All our frames are bespoke-made to order, as we matching your print choice with the bespoke size, colour and finish you choose. You will also we required to the return the Frame by courier, at your own expense. So if you decide to return your frame, you’ll still be charged the production and delivery prices. This doesn’t affect your statutory legal rights
