Yes, as long as we have not started production of your artwork. This usually gives you a 1 hour window after placing the order. Just contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to cancel it and give you a full refund
Every artwork is checked before being dispatched to ensure it’s up to the very best standards before being sent. But sometimes items can get damaged in transit. If this is the case, simply let us know within 28 days by completing our returns form and we’ll happily get a replacement sent out to you free of charge as part of our quality promise. It really helps if you send us a few photos of the damage or any other issues
In the event that an artwork is not delivered due to customer fault, for example, but not limited to, an incomplete address being given. Then addition postage costs may be required to reship, or if a refund is wanted the customer must cover the cost of manufacturing and postage.
Just contact us within 28 days of receiving your order, and we’ll let you know how to return it. You’ll need to repack the item in the original packaging it came in and enclose any dispatch notes. Once it gets back to us, we’ll refund you. To be eligible for a refund, the print must be unmarked and in the same condition that you received it
All our frames are bespoke-made to order, as we match your print choice with the bespoke size and colour to a print lab that is located as close to you as possible. So if you decide to return your frame, you’ll still be charged the production and delivery cost. This doesn’t affect your statutory legal rights
