Will I be charged import fees?
Unlike our prints and frames, DROOL blankets are only shipped from the UK. For most destinations it is pretty unlikely, but as with many international imports, you may be required to pay local duties or fees on the arrival of our order. Please note, DROOL unfortunately can not advise on this, nor can DROOL accept responsibility for these costs on orders outside of the UK. It is best to speak to your local authorities for more details
What is your returns policy?
My item arrived damaged, or I was sent the wrong item
On rare occasions, items can get damaged in transit. If this is the case, simply let us know within 14 days of the item arriving and we’ll happily get an express replacement sent out free of charge
I do not like or want my item
We hope that you love your purchase, but understand that sometimes things just are not quite right. If this is the case, simply let us know within 14 days of the item arriving and we’ll discuss how to return the item for a refund
